Egoé Life Business Zone entry requirements (online)

This business zone is a digital platform exclusively for registered partners, distributors and collaborators of Egoé Life. By entering this zone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Access and registration

• Access to the business zone is only possible after approved registration and assignment of login credentials.
• The user is responsible for keeping his/her login details confidential. Egoé Life is not responsible for any misuse of the account by a third party.

2. Ingestion of content

• All content (texts, images, price lists, catalogues, technical data, etc.) is intended for the internal use of Egoé Life partners only.
• Any distribution, modification or commercial use of the content without the prior written consent of Egoé Life is prohibited.

3. Protection of confidential information

• The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the information made available through the Business Zone.
• This information may not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of Egoé Life.

4. Technical security

• It is forbidden to attempt to disrupt the functionality or security of the system (e.g. hacking, uploading malicious code).
• If a technical problem is detected or a security breach is suspected, the user must inform the platform administrator.

5. Egoé Life's rights

• Egoé Life reserves the right to modify the content, structure or availability of the business zone at any time without prior notice.
• Access may be temporarily or permanently blocked in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.

6. Processing of personal data

• When using the business zone, personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable law and Egoé Life's privacy policy.

7. Legal framework

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
• In the event of a dispute, the court of competent jurisdiction is the court of Egoé Life's registered office.
